Before launching CHCR Communications, I worked closely with restaurants, bars and hospitality brands — helping them define their identity, grow their presence, and communicate with intention.

FROM LOCAL FAVOURITE TO RENOWNED PIZZERIA

Oi Vita started as a hidden gem in Islington. Over the course of nine months, we refined their brand and built a strong online identity that attracted a new wave of customers. Their Instagram following grew organically by 50% — from 7,000 to 10,700 — through targeted strategy and grounded storytelling.

This visibility led to collaborations with cultural figures like actress Nell Hudson and partnerships with other businesses such as Supper Club, boosting both digital presence and sales.

The brand is now firmly positioned, supported by a new website — designed and developed by CHCR in direct collaboration with the founders — which has become their main conversion channel, with over 2,500 monthly visits and growing local visibility. www.oivita.london

Yield stands out by focusing on grounded communication, local suppliers, and high-quality products paired with a selection of honest, refined wines. Our ongoing digital direction has strengthened the brand’s presence and led to increased attention from food suppliers — opening up new trade conversations and growth opportunities.

Over the past seven months, we’ve consistently increased attention and bookings for their wine events — including Parents and Bubs, Sippy Saturday, Monday & Tuesday Corkfree, and their monthly Wine Tasting series.

STRONG DIGITAL DEBUT FOR A NEW SARDINIAN CONCEPT

We helped launch Bronzo, a Sardinian Italian restaurant that quickly became a favourite in the Chiswick community. Through strategic branding and authentic storytelling, we created a memorable brand identity that resonates with local clientele. In just five months, we achieved organic growth of 700 followers, while attracting a loyal and engaged customer base. Bronzo has since become a go-to spot for locals, known for its authentic cuisine and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
