I've lived and worked across four countries.
Not as a tourist, but as someone building a career, reading markets, and learning how different cultures respond to communication. That experience shaped how I think about brands: not as visual identities, but as positions within a market and a culture.
My background in corporate communications, advertising and PR gave me the framework. The countries gave me the instinct.
Over time, I've come to believe that most businesses don't struggle because they lack content. They struggle because they haven't yet articulated what makes them distinct. The positioning, differentiation and voice already exist. The challenge is uncovering them clearly enough for other people to see.
